In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we provide a comprehensive "25-Year Workmanship Warranty." This warranty specifically covers any work-related flaws executed by our certified installation team.

Scope of the 25-Year Workmanship Warranty

This warranty is exclusively available to Intrepid Power Pty Ltd clients who opted for a solar installation from 1 May 2021 onwards.

Coverage Details of the 25-Year Workmanship Warranty

Our 25-Year Workmanship Warranty specifically addresses any faults in the installation performed by our accredited technicians. It does not extend to the system's components, including panels, inverters, or batteries, covered under separate product warranties. In cases where our workmanship is at fault, Intrepid Power Pty Ltd reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective element with a similar product or solution, ensuring the rectification of the workmanship issue.

Limitations and Exclusions of the 25-Year Workmanship Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

Loss or damage resulting from the improper use of the product or service.Interventions on the product or service by any party other than Intrepid Power Pty Ltd or its authorised subcontractors.

Any misuse, unauthorised modification, or relocation of the product or service by entities other than Intrepid Power Pty Ltd or its subcontractors.Accidental or unintended damage inflicted by parties other than Intrepid Power Pty Ltd or its subcontractors.

Damages arising from natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, pest damage, power outages, structural shifts, lightning, etc.Failure to report defects to Intrepid Power Pty Ltd within 60 days of occurrence.**Consumer Warranties Under the ACL**Our services are bound by the guarantees that the ACL stipulates. For significant service failures, clients are entitled to either a refund or compensation for the diminished value. For minor failures, clients have the right to timely rectification, a refund for the specific failure, or compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.
